Upcoming 31st DFW Dartistry Championships
The $5,000+ – 31st DFW Dartistry Championships will be held on Friday Night, January 10th, 2020 and all Day on Saturday, January 11th, 2020.
This event will be held at The Billiard Den in Richardson, Texas.
The $5,000+ includes Tourney Payouts, Side Pots, Player Participation Prizes, Chalker Prizes, etc.
This Event is for ‘Qualified’ & ‘Eligible‘ Circuit players only.
‘Qualified’ means you played at least 10 times during the regular 12 month season prior to this Event & ‘Placed – in the Money’ at least once. Qualified players Pay ZERO ENTRY FEES with only $5 for the side pots.
‘Eligible’ means that you are not qualified, however, you did play at least FIVE tournaments during the annual season, so you can play in this event. Eligible players pay $15 per tournament they play in, plus the $5 for the side pots – $20.

The Event begins on Friday Night, January 10th, at 8:30 pm with The DARTISTRY WARM-UP tourney @ The Billiard Den in Richardson. This is a regular Circuit Modified tournament, but with an extra $200+ added to the payout over and above the regular $5 per player. We average between 40 to 54 players on Friday Night.
The Main $5,000+ – 31st Dartistry Event is on Saturday, January 11th. See Event payouts.
It begins at 1:00 pm with a MEN’S Blind Draw. Payout is $1000 paid to the top 8 teams with awards to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The format is 2 of 3 (501 SS/DO, Cricket, BC) in the winners bracket & (1) Game (Bull’s Choice) in the last chance bracket. Entry Fee is $15 with $5 for side pots of Mystery Out & High Out (unless qualified, then EF is $0) We usually average 20 to 24 teams.
At 1:30 pm we begin the LADIES’ Blind Draw. Payout is $850 paid to the top 6 teams with awards to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The format is 2 of 3 (501 SS/DO, Cricket, BC) in the winners bracket & (1) Game (Bull’s Choice) in the last chance bracket. Entry Fee is $15 with $5 for side pots of Mystery Out & High Out (unless qualified, then EF is $0) We usually average 10 teams.
All this excitement is followed with a MODIFIED BLIND DRAW at 7:00 pm. Payout is $2000+ paid to the top 8 teams with awards to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The format is 2 of 3 (501 SS/DO, Cricket, BC) in the winners bracket & ONE (1) game (Bulls’ Choice) in the last chance bracket. Entry Fee is $15 with $5 for side pots of Mystery Out & High Out & Honey Pot (unless qualified, then EF is $0) We usually average 24 to 30 teams.
To add some extra Fun & Excitement we will have ‘2nd chance 8 player Singles Tournaments’ throughout the day for $5 paying 1st & 2nd. Plus, we GIVE AWAY over $200 in Scorekeeper / Chalker prizes to those who help keep the tourneys moving, so we can start and finish each tourney in a timely manner. This 31st Dartistry Event the Chalker Prizes will be $1 Presidential Coins. One Coin per match.
Also, at Saturday’s Dartistry Event, we are ADDING “Player Participation Prizes“. Once a Player (Qualified or Eligible) has entered a Dartistry Event they RECEIVE ‘ONE’ PPP Ticket, to be placed in the “PPP JAR“. As a BONUS, for every Qualified Player who enters their first Event on Saturday, they will receive ONE Extra PPP ticket for EVERY Circuit Tournament over 10 that they PLAYED in during the 12 month season. Ex.- if you played in 42 tournaments during the season, you will receive 33 tickets (1 for the entry at the event and 32 for the tourneys over 10 that you played in during the 12 month season.) These tickets are GOOD for the WHOLE DAY.
Every PPP Ticket you have gives YOU a Chance to WIN a “Player Participation Prize”. We will DRAW ONE PPP ticket EVERY HALF HOUR or MORE during Saturday’s Event. These prizes will range from MONEY and Free Tournament Entries to Alcohol Distributor Wall Items, and other exciting prizes including (My Favorites) – HUGE Stuffed Animals. See pic here.
