The BACARDI Dart Party is a quarterly tournament (held on the 1st Sat of Feb, May, Aug, Nov) that is sponsored by a local distributor of ‘BACARDI Rum’ & LaPlaya Volley Ranch in Coppell.
Club address is 1850 E Beltline Rd, Coppell, TX 75019. It is located 1/2 mile West of George Bush Tollway on Beltline Rd on the North side of the tracks. You will see at ‘flashing light’ at the crossover. It is a HUGE Warehouse with LaPlaya & Yucatan on the side of building. Get directions.
This special event will be ONE tournament starting at 7:00 pm with a Guaranteed $750 payout.
The format will be a regular Circuit Modified Tournament with 2 out of 3 games (501 SS/DO, Cricket, BC) in the Winners’ Bracket and 1 game (BC) in the last chance bracket. I expect there will be door prizes and scorekeeper prizes, as well as special Bacardi drink prices, and meal specials, too.
The cost to play is $10 Entry Fee with $5 in Side Pots (Honey Pot, High Out, Mystery Out Pot) for a total of $15. Your entry fee includes a ‘‘tourneys played Credit’ towards your season-end Dartistry Qualification.
Payouts are a guaranteed $750 with 32 players.

These figures should go up with increased participation.
The first successful Bacardi Dart Party was held in Feb 2015. This was a 2 tourney event starting in the afternoon and running through till midnight. The two sponsors added $500 total to the days tourneys. With 56 players throughout the day, it was deemed a success.
