In ‘The Circuit ‘It happens on Jan 1st of every year. The Old Dartistry season ends and the New Dartistry season begins. Time was, we had two Dartistry seasons per year, but alas as New Texas No Smoking laws came to be, Clubs were closed, dart bars became scarcer, and players changed their lifestyles leading to less and less player participation at all but a few favorite clubs around town. Hence, an annual Circuit Dartistry season was born.
The ‘31st DFW Dartistry Season’ ended on December 31st, 2019. With its Season-end $5,000+ DFW Dartistry Championships scheduled to be held on Friday, Jan 10th & Saturday, Jan 11th @ The Billiard Den in Richardson.
This event is specifically designed as an “Appreciation Event” for the Local Dart players who supported ‘The Circuit’ throughout the YEAR/Season, from Jan 1st to Dec 31st of the same year. Every time a player entered a Circuit Tournament, $1 of their Entry Fee was held in reserve to be PAID OUT at this season-end event coming up in January. The PAYOUT is ALL THE PLAYERS MONEY. This is why a player has to become Eligible to Play in this event. It requires a Commitment of time and money. The Circuit supporting players’ commitment of TIME makes for some Fantastic Darts ‘on the boards’. Their financial participation makes this season-end event possible. Since, it’s their Funds, it should only be shared by those who ALSO made a commitment of time and money. Becoming Eligible is NOT difficult. It WAS as simple as playing in only 5 tourneys out of over 250+ different tournaments during the annual season. Once Eligible for The DARTISTRY, a players pays the $15 entry fee + $5 side pots (optional) = $20 for each tourney at the event in which they want to play.
For those REALLY DEDICATED players who participated in 10 or more tournaments, even up to 100+ tourneys during the season, ‘The Circuit’ has a ‘Qualified’ status whereby their $15 tourney entry fee at the DARTISTRY is PAID FOR and FREE ($5 side pots are optional and NOT Free) . They earned it by supporting ‘The Circuit’ through the year with their commitment of Time & Money. They also receive ONE Player Participation Reward Ticket for EVERY tourney they played in, thereby giving them a greater chance to WIN PRIZES throughout the DARTISTRY. Without them the Dartistry would not exist. Heck, without them – The Circuit would NOT exist. Thank You for your support.
It also happens at the end of every season, that quite a number of local players (who didn’t plan very well) attempt to become Eligible/Qualified in the last few weeks of each season. They also, start asking “well, how many tourneys have I played in and how many more do I need to play?” Answer – http://dartcircuit.com/dartistry/qualification-process-and-status/ then click on “View the Stats’. This Chart is updated every week, if not every day. NOW – it’s 10 or more – you’re eligible. If your name is highlighted in Pink or Blue, then you’re Qualified. It now takes 15 tourneys & 1 ‘Place in the Money’ to become Qualified.
EVERYONE has a YEAR to play in enough nightly tournaments to Play in the Dartistry Event. The Circuit makes it easy and convenient to accomplish this goal with 5 to 7 tournaments each week of the year. If you play darts regularly, then just PLAY ‘The Circuit’ only TWICE a Month and YOU WILL end up QUALIFIED by the end of the season. Best Advice – Don’t wait till the last minute.
The 31st DFW Dartistry Season is NOW ENDED. It ended on Dec 31st, 2019. If you have NOT MET the requirements necessary to Play in this Dartistry – oops, I’m sorry. Maybe Next Year!

NOW, For the DEAL of the YEAR.
If you are currently NOT Eligible and still Desire to Play in this upcoming event, then EVEN IF YOU HAVE ONLY PLAYED ONCE this season – HERE IS YOUR LAST CHANCE to JOIN US next weekend.
If you play on Wed night @ AA2 AND Thurs night @ Smitharts in McKinney, AND Fri night @ The Billiard Den, AND Saturday night @ Scooters in Garland, that would make FOUR tourneys played + your 1 = 5 and you’re Eligible. Then, The Circuit would magically with Fairy Dust DOUBLE that Number and you would be Qualified, as well. But you have to play in ALL FOUR to receive ‘the Fairy Dust’. Check your stats and if you only need 1, 2, or 3 more to become Eligible, then you can still use these NIGHTs to achieve your goal.
Oh yeah, if YOU ARE ALREADY Eligible, but short of being Qualified, you can use these Four Tournaments to reach that level, too.
PLUS, since we have ALREADY STARTED the NEW 32nd season, these FOUR tourneys would give you a Fantastic Start toward Eligibility for the 32nd Dartistry Championships in Jan of 2021. You will need it, as

since this program was initially designed for a SIX MONTH Season and NOW we have an Annual Season instead, (at the committed Player’s Requests) TEN tourneys during the year will be REQUIRED for Eligibility and 15 tourneys & 1 ‘Place in the Money” for FULL Qualification.
